We do not collect Social Security numbers or financial-account information through this website.

We use the information you provide to evaluate your funding request, contact you and your attorney about your application, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with: (a) your attorney, for case verification; (b) service providers who help us deliver our services (such as email and hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality terms; and (c) regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and be cautious about emailing sensitive information.
